Integration of Headquarters - Bracknell

Location - Bracknell, Berkshire
Project Value - £1.5 million

Nature of Work - Integrate two corporate headquarters organisations into one Bracknell location requiring the relocation of 700 employees and the merging of two National Telecommunications Management Centres. This required over 1500 desk moves, 360 new desks and changes to 450m of partitions within the 4 Bracknell offices to create better use of the available space. Installation of a new power and network services infrastructure (120km cabling) was completed plus the upgrading of security arrangements to meet GSi accreditation. The coordination of the development and implementation of new voice and data systems to suit the new IS platform to ensure the relocation programme was achieved on target with no disruption to the business.
