Our clients wanted their Asian Headquarters to be a shining example of their new approach to working following a major internal and external re Branding exercise.  Our project teams have spent over a year working closely with this client and therefore have a thorough understanding of this. This was demonstrated in every aspect of the design and space planning.

Our project manager immersed himself in the local culture and built an excellent rapport with the staff who were having to relocate.  By gaining their trust and respect he made sure this unpopular move ran smoothly. Although based in the UK, we provided on site project monitoring to ensure that this project was completed on time and within budget, despite the many cultural differences and working practices between UK and China.
