Client - O2
Owing to growing numbers of mobile and broadband customers, O2 required expansion to its existing contact centre facility.
Location: Skypark, Glasgow
Works:
- Increasing Contact Centre by over 200 additional shift desks
- Providing additional resource and storage areas to accommodate additional Contact Centre Agents
- Reconfiguration of Training facility & Coffee Shop to accommodate additional desking
- All works to be completed within a live Contact Centre Environment
- Working with in-house telecoms team to ensure there is no impact to Customer Service
