Worldwide House, Bracknell - Part 3 - Relocation Management

Duration: relocated over 2 consecutive weekends

Relocation Project Managers liaised with the Business Area Representatives to establish specific requirements, including decommision and re-installation of networks, printers, telephones to ensure business continuity.

Worked closely with Business Move Group (see useful links), to discuss client requirements, access to buildings, time frames, transportation, number of crew required, security passess, number of crates, labels including number of cable ties required! No detail was overlooked.

Phase 1 - approx 300 people over 1st weekend - 4 Directorate Groups - move started Friday evening and everyone was fully operational by Monday morning

Phase 2 - approx 310 people over 2nd weekend, all ready to start business on Monday morning

Completed successfully and on time.
