Client - Cancer Research UK

• Size - 46,000 sq ft (8 floors)
• Works - “Project shuffle” Relocation of 510 staff from various London locations, working closely with the Project Shuffle Team and all Cancer Research UK contacts including H&S, Facilities Managers and designated Move Champions to maximise allocated space and co-ordinate the relocation of identified staff. Assist with the process of managing a culture of change to open plan working with the Organisational Development Practitioner.
