O2 have several important projects to help them grow their business and improve their office environments, as part of their commitment to create great places to work for their people.
Visual i’s is supporting the O2 Property team to achieve this by offering their expertise to:
1. Improve the working environment at two of their 24/7 Technical sites in Harlow and Slough.
Work involves:
· Improving lighting levels for 24 hour working
· Completing toilet refurbishments
· Completing refurbishment of breakout and welfare facilities
· Providing new furniture and desk layouts to improve work flow
· Providing new storage solutions
NB - All works will be completed in 24/7 technical environment with no impact to network operation
2. Expand the Glasgow Contact Centre owing to growing numbers of mobile and broadband customers.
Work includes:
· Increasing Contact Centre by over 200 additional shift desks
· Providing additional resource and storage areas to accommodate additional Contact Centre Agents
· Reconfiguration of Training facility & Coffee Shop to accommodate additional desking
· All works to be completed within a live Contact Centre Environment
· Working with in-house telecoms team to ensure there is no impact to Customer Service
