Typically, however, we provide a dedicated team (based on site ideally) who support all aspects of churn from the initial receipt of a move request, production of layout proposals, through the actual move, then producing “as builts” and updating personnel data sheets.
- Provision of CAD expertise to support client and FM drawing requirements.
- Provision of Space Planning expertise.
- Provision of Move Management. Having taken a move brief and planned accordingly, Visual i's can then take a move through to completion by managing the physical move itself.
- Engage appropriate resources for moves i.e. Data and voice contractors, removals contractors.
- Work more closely with local FM’s to provide accurate as built drawings. Visual i's can update as built plans as a continual process instead of a retrospective exercise. Regular site visits to assist in continuity of accurate drawings can be carried out.
