Head of Projects
Chris has been working within the FM industry for the past nine years as a Space Planner and Project Manager.
Chris started working for Chestertons FM in 1996 after graduating from Southampton Institute of Higher Education. Chris worked on the ICL Properties refurbishment programme for Chestertons for two years.
He then moved to GL Hearn in 1998 were he specialised in office Refurbishment and Fit Out. Chris has work for many Blue Chip Clients such as British Airways, Tektronix, Rolls Royce, Overbuy Plc, Novartis, Hay Group, Kimberley Clark, General Electrical, AIG Europe (UK) Ltd, Independent Insurance, Compaq, Allied World Assurance, Cable & Wireless, Dolphin Telecom, EWST & Tesco Stores ltd.
These projects lead to work all over the UK and into Europe including Barcelona, Madrid, Dublin, Switzerland, Cologne and Paris. During his time at GL Hearn he was a member of a project team nominated for a PFM award.
Chris switched to a Bristol based Project Management Company in 2004 to work on projects for BG Group and various Healthcare companies before rejoining Richard at Visual i’s in 2005.
